All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will do our best to make it right.

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for customer errors such as incorrect spellings or graphic selections.
